This Award will recognize an artist(s) for a song that is characterized by traditional music of the indigenous peoples of the Zambia, that is, the music of an “original” ethnic group such as Kalindula, that inhabits any geographic region of Zambia, which in the opinion of the public is by its excellence, better than any other song nominated in the Kwacha Music Awards for Best Indigenous Song. The public will vote to determine the winner in this category
