- All Nominees hereby waive any claim of whatsoever nature which they have against the Sun FM arising out of or relating to their participation in these awards and will ensure that the nominees will do the same;
- Sun FM shall not be liable to an entrant for any reason whatsoever, whether in contract or delict or otherwise arising out of, or relating to the Kwacha Music
Awards. The entrant hereby fully and effectually indemnifies Sun FM, and their successors, assigns, licensees and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents and hold them harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, judgements, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) directly or indirectly due to any breach of these rules by the entrant. This indemnity shall survive the completion of the Awards;
- By submitting a fully signed nomination acceptance for the Kwacha Music Award, the Nominee agrees to abide by the rules as stated in this nomination letter;
- All decisions with respect to the acceptance of any nomination and eligibility of nominees are made by the Kwacha Music Awards Committee and shall be final and binding upon all nominees.
- No artists will be allowed to withdraw any nomination after they have submitted these to the Kwacha Music Awards
