This award shall honor individuals that have successfully accomplished an outstanding life record of positive and significant contribution to the growth and development of the music industry. Proposals and or nominations will be solicited from radio stations, which nomination shall be subjected to a public vote. However, the award will be subjected to a further technical vote by adjudicators. The recipient of the award will be announced the Awards Ceremony
