Public Vote
- The public shall be invited to vote and decide the winners in each category
- The Voting shall be done via website and SMS to a provided code.
- A maximum of Five (5) votes shall be allowed for SMS Voting while one (1) Vote shall be allowed for website voting per category.
Adjudication
- A panel of adjudicators shall be engaged in the adjudication process of some technical categories to decide the winners, considering the public input to a given ratio.
- . At the close of the voting period, the IT Company engaged to run votes shall be engaged to compile and tally all the votes and hand them over to an appointed auditing firm to verify.
- The Audit Firm shall forward the verified results to adjudicators who shall then decide on technical categories based on verified information. The adjudicators shall then seal the names of the winning artists in envelops and secure them till the night of the Award.
Winners
- Winners shall be announced at the Awards Ceremony
